Updated: image sizes updated, added sidebar with normal lab values for reference (can be toggled on/off), added extra labs (d-dimer, cta, cultures, screening tests), added new dialogue about preventive visits, created an ask generically function which shortened the required "ask XX about XX" command to just "ask XX".

Future plans: continue adding labs and exam maneuvers as needed, create a biochemistry case in MS1 style, convert NSTEMI to an MS1+ style.
